We used to be AniWatch
In August 2026 we changed our name to Kurono and moved to our own domain, kurono.nl.
“AniWatch” was never really ours. A dozen sites go by that name, and it said nothing about who we are or what we stand for. Kurono is a name of our own, on an address of our own — not something borrowed.
Nothing else changed. Same library, same player, same account. Your watchlist and watch history are exactly where you left them.
And to be clear about the thing people always ask when a free site changes its name: Kurono stays free and stays ad-free. No banners, no pre-rolls, no “skip in 5”. That was the whole point of building this, and a new name doesn’t change it.
