Gurren Lagann: Childhood's End

This theatrical compilation retells the first arc of Gurren Lagann with enhanced animation and new scenes, following the timid Simon and the fearless Kamina as they burst from their underground village into a surface world ruled by the Beastmen. Their hot-blooded spirit and the stolen mech Lagann carry them from one impossible battle to the next. The film culminates in a clash against the Spiral King that defines who Simon will become.
