High schooler Kokone has a recurring dream of a magical kingdom called Heartland where she is a princess fighting machines with an enchanted tablet. When her mechanic father is arrested just before the Tokyo Olympics, Kokone discovers her dreams are connected to a secret her family has kept for years. She embarks on a road trip to rescue him and unravel the truth hidden inside her sleeping mind.
