Eita Kidou has renounced romance entirely to focus on getting into medical school, but his classmate Masuzu blackmails him into pretending to be her boyfriend to fend off unwanted suitors. His childhood friend Chiwa refuses to accept the situation and declares her own feelings, setting off an escalating romantic war. The series is a self-aware harem comedy that pokes fun at its own genre while delivering genuine character moments.
