Updating payment info
Changing your card
Go to Account → Billing → Payment Method. Click 'Update' next to your current card and enter the new details. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, iDEAL, and PayPal. Prepaid cards may not work for recurring subscriptions.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we'll retry after 3 days and send you an email. Your account will stay active for 7 days before being downgraded to free.
